Look at how you used the product or service that was provided in relation with the instructions that you received. Can they offer additional services, extend warranties, offer a fair refund or just get you talking with someone that can help. ..let them know and let us know!

In late January of this year, I ordered a free trial offer of Hoodia (diet supliment) The online offer said "after trying our product for 14 days, if you do not cancel the order, you will automatically be sent the full order at $108.07." Well it took 2 weeks to get the free trial order. I received it on 2/12/06. Then the next day, I recieved the full order. And my account was charged the $108.07. Needless to say, I didn't even have the chance to try the trial offer, so I immediately (the next day 2/14) sent the full order back. I wrote "return to sender & cancel" on the unopened envelope. I gave it a week to get back and have my money refunded. Two weeks went by, and still not refund. I found the phone number of the distributor that sent it to me (909) 971-2710, call them and they directed me to a Hoodia Customer Service number. (800-757-1279) Only to get a busy signal. I tried this number for numerous days. Finally, it rang, only to be answered by a recording stating that this number is not affiliated with Hoodia any longer. I called back the original number only to be trasfered to another customer service line that said (after holding for 10+ minutes) please leave your name and number and someone will return your call within 24 hours. Still nothing. I called the original number again, they gave me new number, 866-370-7271, which I called on 5/9 -5/10. I did get a live body, explained my situation and was told the computers are updating and will not be back up for a couple of days. Today I called again, (and I'm still on hold, 26 mins later) to be told the computers are still down. This is unacceptable. On 4/11 I received another full order of the product, and was charged another $108.07. I, again, wrote "return to sender & cancelled" and sent it back. Today is 5/16/06 and I have yet to recieve my money back. And I'm getting not cooperation from from this customer service number I'm on hold with.
