Jaberi Christopher Hillyer Jay Scam me out of money and didn't provide service waldorf Maryland

On Feb 27, 2017 (Jay) aka Jaberi Christopher Hillyer respnded to my call for services to my icemaker.  Jay showed up and looked at icemaker and said the motor had to be replaced and he asked for service and cost of motor (180.00).  He stated it would take a few days to get new motor and would return to put it in.  Few days later he returned pretend to put new motor in.  I was sitting in living room and maybe 15/20 mins later he said ok the icemaker should work now but will take a few hours to make ice. I then gave him remaining balance of $125.00.  He left and after a day with no ice, I called him back to say there is no ice and water is leaking and the motor is louder.  He said he would stop by 9 to 11  last friday, he never showed.  He stopped answering his phone, where as before he would answer right away.  So, I then realized I had been scammed.  I note that on the job order form he didn't put his full name, only Jay and the number 3016136880.  However, I was able to investigate and get his real name - Jaberi Christomer Hillyer.  I then did a Maryland Case Search and he has a record a mile long, check it out!!!  I also sent Jay a text message stating I knew his full name and would be taking him to small claims court, which I will be filing this week.
