Jack Freeman The House that Jack Built Improperly installed sheetrock and off balance pocket doors for office Marietta Georgia

I am new to the community and I received a flyer in my mailbox that said that Mr Jack Freeman can do contracter work at handy man prices. After a few days, I gave him a call and spoke with him in length about my many projects that I was interested in completing.  He was very nice and said he would come by to meet me and measure the space and give me a quote within the week. 

After a few days, he called and stopped by again to review the details. I introduced him to my husband and they had another conversation about the work we were going to hire him for. The following week, we came over to get started and by the 2nd day he had the frame set up and built out for my pocket doors in my home office. It looked good.

The second week rolled around and I called him and asked him to come back by to clean up the dust,re sand and patch up the areas that did not look so good. After paying him for the labor and fees, I noticed that his finishing job was sloppy and he was not interested in completing the job in full. I payed him through paypal and asked for the receipts. On the receipts, I noticed that he returned alot of items for a store credit. After realizing he wasnt going to return my calls, my husband called and he picked up the phone and promised he would contact me. That was over a week ago. I was left with faulty pocket doors that are off balance as well as missing nails on the doors. It looks really bad as this is my entry way to my home. I payed him for all of the materials and labor the day that he was scheduled to be complete. 

After looking online, I realized he already has an arrest record from the Home Depot for stealing. I am upset that someone that is 65 years old will take advantage of new homeowners.
