Jacob Rans advertised a brand new couch on facebook marketplace. I asked for it to be delivered everything seemed fine. When the couch was delivered it came in 2 packages again seemed fine. After opening i soon relized Jacob had brought the wrong chaise and the couch wont fit together. I tried contacting jacob but he then clocked all contact with me . I paid 600 for a couch that does not work so its garbage. I am a single mom this man should not get away with this.

He still has adds up for products abd is trying to scam more people.

I am very sorry to hear you were not happy with the couch. A full refund has been issued to you. As indicated before we always encourage customers to come to our showroom and view the couch before purchase. The side of the couch with the chaise is always in relation to when facing the couch. Nonetheless, I am happy to have fixed the situation for you with a full refund.

 Im happy to say Jacob has resolved this matter. After quite some time, i was givin my money back. Thank you for resolving this issue.
