when mark had left and he didnt want to come back to the home he would let the paitents go with out meds, Sonia one of the current employees even gave the wrong meds at one point. When i called for help he would say ill be there in 2 minutes he lived a mile away it took him atleast two hours to get there.
He called me in on my days off and paid me the same, i worked at least four weeks in a row with no days off. i believe hes not reporting taxes. I lady almost died infront of me and he got mad when i wanted to call 911. he didnt want me to and finally when i thought she was about to pass out i called 911. she is still in the hospital right now.
He has a different personality when the paitents families are there they have the right to know, there are dirty dishes in the cabbinets when sonia and gary work they feed them on the dishes even if they see the food.
They all three engnore the paitents and close doors on them when they yell for help, they text and sit on the couch most of the days, there are fecies and vommit all over the house one lady barfed and ate it another ripped her colostomy bag off and smeared it in her room she does that frequently, her roomate woke up with the other ladys bowels on her hands.
there are no locks on the doors the paitents can not open, they need an alarm system because one escapes she was down the driveway 6 times in two hours on her first day there is one person to 8 paitents half are mental and dont have a clue what their doing or what's going on they need your help!!
i worked for three months i was about to quit because i started noticing how things were playing out i started complaining to mark about it and he fired me, he said he doesn't do drama, its not drama its his buisness and its the care of human beings paying good money for SH*TTY service.
would love to sue him for making me think differently and then losing my job i went to work everyday on days off whenever he needed me to on short notice even an hours notice at one point. having to work in that environment is so stressful when he fired me my rent was due the next week. My whole personality has changed due to the stress i found my self wanting to leave the home several times during a shift because he wouldnt show up before two hours after i called... Made it extremely hard to function.... at home at work with my family
