Donna, Jackie's assistant, has the worst personality that I have ever come across in anyone whose job it is to be in customer service. Poor decisions like continued employement of a persoality like Donna's makes me wonder what poor decisions that Pence Wealth Management would make with my money. Thumbs down!!

Disgruntled External Insurance Wholsesaler

The review in 2017 was not a client but a disgruntled external wholesaler. The wholesaler (initials TB) came out to explain his company's product. We asked questions and received sales material. Our application for the product was submitted to our General Agency. He called and yelled at me for not submitting the application to him and he lost a commission. His company has been apprised of his actions as has our GA. Thank you.
