Angela Moran I paid $1000 penalty before my account was renegade but Angela Moran refused to reinstate my account even though I had paid my renege fee. Efforts to reach her on phone for complete 5 working days was tuated by her office workers. She has also fail to respond to my request to reinstate my account. Athens Alabama

 I purchased a vehicle from iaai (insurance auto auction inc) for a customer who failed to deliver on payment. As a result my account was reneged by Angela Moran, the branch manager at IAA huntsville Alabama branch. I paid the renege fee immediately but the branch manager refused to reinstate my account and instructed her office workers to frustrate my efforts to reach her as she is the only one that has the direct authorised access to reinstate my account. Renege fee was paid on Friday September, 21st, 2015. My account is still not active till present.
