Jake owner of jimmy johns high st and suncrest Harrasment Morgantown WV

So, I work at the high st Jimmy John's and my bf works at suncrest. I got off at 10 and decided to go visit him and get some food. I was eating minding my own business. Another worker who is a delivery driver was on the clock out on a delivery, I dont like this person exactly and have valid reason (important to the story). Jake the owner who is in his late 30s or 40s invited this girl to live with him in the "Jimmy John house" when he has already been previously accused of relations with young workers. He pays to fix her car and tickets she has (which I and other employees feel is inappropriate). So back to the girl. Anytime she has a problem runs to jake about it.

She would not come in the shop until I left. She had 3 deliveries and was out for an hour and a half. I had no intentions of doing anything or saying anything. But she called to let jake know. Next thing I know he is confronting me while I'm in my car calling me a bully! I am certinley not a bully and he is way out of line. I felt very uncomfortable when he approached me. I have had my issues with this person for good reason but have never done anything heinous or said anything outlandish to this girl. The most I've done to bring work into it is talk to coworkers about what she did to make me not like her. I'm very upset and going to be quitting and filing a report to corporate.
