James Anderson First Financial Scammed me and cost me 1800.00 that I now owe the bank. Manchester New York

James Anderson from First National called me after I had just applied for a loan and said he got the application and it was approved for $5000.00. He asked me was I still interested in loan and I of course said yes. He explained to me that I was approved for loan and I woulkd recieve a contract via e-mail and that i should send him a picture of it back signed. I had my doubts but he somehow talked me through it and said I would get my loan the next day. He called me later that night and said the lender was trying to put the loan in bank but it would not go and he had to do a pre transaction for a lower amount. The next morning I saw that 1811.00 was deposited in my account and get a call from James right after I got off computer. He proceeded to tell me that the pre-transaction money had to be returned for the loan to go through and my response was take it back out then. He said it could not be done that way and gave me instructions on how to do it. Yes, I'm an idiot. I followed his instructions of putting money on a card and transferring it to him then the money would be in my bank. Well the money is not in my bank and now I owe the bank 1800 dollars so watch out people... be smarter than I was. His number is (((REDACTED))) and his name is James Anderson and he sounds like he is indian. Again, I'm an idiot
