James Bunting Dba Affordable Heating And Cooling renting residental property that is condemned rips-off tenants by taking money and not making repairs this dude is a criminal Salt Lake City Utah

The guy who owns above said company has rental property that is on the condemned list yet he continues to rent it.

Unfortunately I was one of his tenants and tried to get him to make repairs. These requests were met with threats of violence and eviction. I filed a police report but nothing was done. I then threatened to withold rent untill the repairs were made. Again, I was met with threats and eviction. Finally I just moved out without notice. We did not have a signed agreement and he was taking my money and did not care about the condition of the property. So I thought, "if he doesn't care then neither do I".

It was interesting that two of the things that I wanted fixed were the HEATING and AIR-CONDITIONING, THE THINGS HE IS IN BUSINSS FIXING!!. Should have been a cinch, right? Nope!

I had the city where this property is located come out and inspect the place. It took about ten minutes before the inspector and engineers to say "CONDEMNED".

Even though Bunting was notified of this he continues to rent this dump out. By the way the dump address: is 12626 South 1700 East Draper, Utah 84020. If you're reading this and you live there move out immediately!

His loser son is in prison for killing his kid. Not to mention NUMEROUS arrests for DUI.

Do not rent from this person. He will take your money and not to a d**n thing to improve the place.
