This report is for all of the people that have yet to be ripped of by this guy.  His name is James Mayes.  He is a criminal, crook, thief, and all around low life scumbag.  He will come into your home, he will  show you his amazing products, and convince you to buy from him, because it's the best there is, and you will never know this yourself, as your work will never be done.  He sat there and watched him go over every aspect of a window humanely possible, things that we didn't even know or cared about.  He went over the price. He gave us a huge discount, and then, after signing the contract, he will tell you how his crew will be prompt, neat and precise.  We will love our windows, just as he promised.  Well the question is, "how do you love something you don't have?"  We waited 2 full weeks for no one to call us.  When we did call our "factory representative," and I use that term loosely, he informed us that the windows were ordered, and they were waiting on them to be shipped out so they could be installed.  Hmmmm, that is kind of strange, since I didn't realize that these guys were so good that when they tell you that someone will be out to measure the windows, to be able to order them, that they didn't have to really stop out, but rather could just guess and the windows would fit perfectly.  Well, we waited 4 weeks and heard absolutely nothing.  So we called back James, and he informed us that the windows were in and that someone would be out to install it.  We waited another 2 weeks, and of course no one called us.  No one stopped by, we are staring at the same exact windows that we've had this whole time.  We called again.  This time, we got no answer, but just text messages, saying that there was a mixup on the schedule, and someone would call to install them immediately.  At this point, we just want to cancel the order and get our money back.  When we called and left a message, there was again no answer, but a text back saying not to worry about it, and that they will install the windows the following day at 10am.  I'm sure you see where this is going.  No one showed up, no one has called, not a word from Mr. James Mayes at all.  We call him again, and of course get no answer, but this time, not even a text.  Several more attempts to text and call him to no avail.  We have since never heard from him since that day.  We did call the BBB, but guess what, his company is not registered with them, so they are no help.  All that we are left with is to get the word out, to avoid this man like the plague, how you can do this to people is beyond all things that know could be possible.  Avoid, avoid, avoid...don't give him a dime of your money!  I wish I had googled this guy before hand, because I see that there are quite a few people that he's done this move with, and it looks like they are all in the same position as us.  Our next move will be to take him to court as soon as wel find out where he's working at or living at.  Mr. Mayes, if you end up reading this, you are a dispicable human being, you will get yours one way or another, we know that you don't believe that, but trust in that sir.
