Do not try to get any mortgage loan from one James Melton Chambers aka many other names as a private investor.  The number is a google number as well as a free email account.  He promisses 4% loan with 5% down and charges fees that range from $500-2500 to just do the loan and also would want to charge you a fee if you sign documents then do not go through with the loan.  I am in the process of putting him out to the CFPB and attorney general as well as all the states he supposedly is licensed in as an attorney and mortgage broker/banker/loan officer.  I have been monitoring him for some time now getting the incrimination information to put this joker away for good.

He will send you a made up application, NDA, and loan terms that are all fake.  His emails are all broken english and mostly giberish.  He is not a licensed loan officer and is not a lawyer by any means.  Stay away from him and report any communication to your local attorney general.  His NMLS number was under yet another name and hasn't been active since 2012.  He has locations on the web as TX, CA, and FL.
