James Richard Hopkins is a professional con artist and sexual predator who uses the internet to find his female victims all over the US and Peru. He seduces them with his good looks, charm and music using IM, emails, webcam and phone calls.

He convinces each victim that he loves them and wants to marry them. Then he moves in with them, lives off of them, gets them to empty their live savings in order to buy him music equipment & computer equipment, etc., and then he moves on to his next victims. He usually has several future victims lined up in advance before leaving his previous victim.

I have been in touch with several of his past victims, and I can put you in touch with them also.

James Richard Hopkins is also a known hacker who belongs to several hacker groups. He has bragged about hacking into government computer systems including the Orlando police Dept., NASA, the CIA, the FBI and others.

Mr. Hopkins not only misled me by telling me that he loved me and wanted to marry me, and then stealing my life savings, but he also downloaded some files onto my computer which are incriminating.

He downloaded a bunch of files about how to make bombs, how to make explosions, how to kill people and make it look like an accident, how to hide things, how to scare people with non-letahl explosions, how to make car bombs, how to use germ warfare, how to use chemical warfare, how to hack, how to cover up a murder, gaslighting techniques, forensic science, biographies of con artists, psychological warfare, mind control, and how to speed seduce women and brainwash them into having sex with you.

I filed a police report with the San Jose Police Dept. in San Jose, CA (408)277-8900, case # 062519501, the Secret Service in Orlando Fl (407-648-6333, and the FBI in San Francisco, CA (415)553-2000. So far, no one has done anything to try to catch this guy.

He was also physically violent with me on a number of occasions and threatened to kill ma and my family if I ever told anyone that he's a hacker.

He has bragged about putting car bombs in people's cars, and about directing others to do so.

So far, none of the authorities whom I've spoken with have done anything to get this monster off the streets. rumor has it that he's either in NY, PA or Canada with one of his new victims.

Even his mother wishes that he's get put in a mental institution so that he'll stop hurting people.
