James Toliver was hired by Adult Protective Services to improve driveway so health service nurses could get to house to provide care for patient.
We had puddles of water when it rained which were slick and slippery (Caliche Soil) making it impossible for anyone to reach the house. Now we have a driveway that is a foot and a half higher with same mud puddles when it rains.
James Toliver had several truckloads of dirt dumped on property to use on driveway. His heavy equipment left six inch to eighteen inch ruts in the yard plus piles of dirt which he left behind.
Several trees were pushed over by the root and several limbs on other trees were broken.
He installed a culvert that was too short and now anyone can slip off the driveway into a big puddle of water which does not drain through the culvert.
In the following pictures you can see the damage that was done in the yard by his heavy equipment.
