Emily Lee of San Jose, CA and Randy Hui of Vancouver, BC Utilizing Online Relationship Management Scam that Takes Payment from Either Side of a Dispute Willing to Pay More.

We are presently being extorted by Emily Lee of San Jose, CA relating to a business dispute where after we delivered goods to her, she attempted to extract more product of an entirely inappropriate amount, in addition to attempting to sell counterfeit goods on our site.

We banned Emily Lee from the now-closed site after goods were delivered and for the last two weeks have been libeling and defaming individuals and businesses they believe related to the targeted persons.  They are so off base they are taking a clumsy shotgun approach and listing businesses sold five years ago, thus victimizing other small business owners as well.

Overall, they have been hijacking business accounts, posting untruthful reviews and are essentially acting as online terrorists.

They have opened additional user accounts to try and link "other parties" and overall, simply cannot fathom the thought of a business not paying what they feel self-entitled to extort to avoid posting negative online reviews.

***

Emily Lee and Randy Hui have partnered with her similar kind of underhanded operation, and hired jamesgoldman to extort us in pursuit of attempts of additional payments.

jamesgoldman is the fake "relationship management" scheme we believe operating off-shore who we were contacted by requesting payment as they said they were ex-Google workers and could help us.

After the laughing in the room stopped, we mentioned ex-Google workers would typically know how to spell past a third grade level and since then, their YouTube user account and fake "videos" have been banned. As of this writing, we are seeing multiple other fake videos banned from the DailyMotion site.

If Emily Lee and Randy Hui knew of this duplicity and realized that if we decided to pay, these guys would have turned against her and removed everyting they paid for.

We consider that a favor in notifying her of just what and who she's paying.

The jamesgoldman scheme is no better than ay party they represent to be dishonest.

After discussing with law enforecement, they said this is typically a single or a few people with laptops sitting around in a boiler room environment terrorizing people for money.

We could not agree more.
