I paid $750.00 up front for T-Shirts... with no delivery of product. They said I did not give them a deadline for delivery. When I sent them a copy of the E-Mail that I did tell them a dealine (5 weeks previous), they cut off all contact and I have not heard from them since.
After conatct my attorney he adised that for only $750.00 my best way of collecting is to get them to make me T-Shirts. I placed another order to use my "credit" and I have only received a confirmation e-mail.
They won't EVER answer the phone and they are generally hiding.
I want to do everything I can to tell others not to do business with them.

Jane Sportwear is now communicating with me (albeit via E-mail only). I am trying to work this out with them. I have an order in to them once again.
At this point I am expecting them to deliver in a profressional manner.
