Janelle Taylor Was a terrible abusive worker and stole thousands of dollars from me as I am disabled Tarzana CA California

I am a disabled individual and at the time had a broken leg and couldn't really do anything. I had just gotten separated from my husband and was about to get IHSS but it was too soon for that so I trusted the word of a neighbor and hired a girl that seemed very sweet who I suppose went in my purse and took every single credit card of mine until they were all maxed out every single night she left my house and bought herself up a storm including paying her own Section 8 rent which I even have the rent address and amount. She took money out of my account and I have written proof how that happened and she refused to give it back when she got two hours of work driving with Lyft and decided that would be easier so she decided to quit at the last minute leaving me with nothing or no one to take care of me. She apparently stole checks from me because I started getting forged checks coming back to me with her name on them, she was always late, barely did her job, complained to me about her problems and cried while I'm sitting there not being able to move in the middle of a divorce going through the worst time of my life.

Long story short about that she emotionally drained me and I didn't have any energy and then at the end she called me names and verbally abused me which I have proof of and said that she's taking the money because of the fact that I would send her orders everyday to do after we had agreed that I send her aunt to do list buy texts everyday. She up in one day said that she had cancer which she does not, I didn't care about her feelings only mine and that she was tired of reading my List of Demands and could no longer tolerate my cruelty when all I did was sent her my list of things to do and I was as sweet as can be and even have video. I called her like a friend. She had for grown children that didn't work and a boyfriend that didn't work and she would work two hours a day but somehow come over to my house wearing the cutest most expensive looking clothes and bragging about things that she did all the time. My credit card kept getting fraudulent charges over and over again and I thought it was my previous caregiver never dreaming it would have been her. After getting the forged checks and other proof I feel like a fool and I don't want it to happen to anyone else.

She lived in a Section 8 building where she would pay her rent a $501 a month with my credit card and maxed out three of my credit cards and my debit card, took money from my inheritance and forged checks and I am broke because of it and have been fighting and fighting to try to get this done but I'm a sick woman. It's causing me mental anguish, I've cried of been angry I've had every emotion because I have to fight this thing and the credit card companies don't want to give me my money back. The detectives are taking their time with it and it's hard for me to finish it myself because I'm sick all the time. I'm the one that wants Justice. This woman and her family are horrible horrible people
