I chose Janice McCarthy NMLS# 1095767 at the time when she was working with American Bancshares & now is an active Loan Officer with American Residential Lending also known as Amreslending.  I did some research on them & found out they're also doing fraduent business practicces; it seems they're aperfect match.

If someone is currently doing business with this crook; PLEASE GET OUT NOW before is to late and end up loosing your down payment deposit if you're purchasing a home like it happened to me.

Me & my wife lost not only $20,000 dollars but also lost my dream home. My closing date kept getting postponed under her false promises.  Even when the seller disclosed if an additional closing date was re-schedule I will be LOOSING my FULL DEPOSIT; she calmly advice us to do it.  We're now at a $20,000 dollars lost and we were foreced to move in with family members since or lease was also expired.  ALL OF OUR LIFE SAVINGS WERE LOST and NOTHING to show for it; not even an apology from Mrs. McCarthy.

I wish someone had warned me about this horrible person before she was able to ruin our lifes
