I received a $25.00 promotion for signing up for their webmail.

I noticed they had a $100 discount for FUTURE purchased of Lois Hill jewelry for every $300 you spent. But you could only use it $100 for a $300 purchase in the future. No problem. I spent $829 which should give me 2 of the $100 certificates...I had an item for $329 that I wanted to purchase. I didn't receive my certificates and did the online help! They informed me that because I used the $25.00 certificate I received for signing up online, I would not be eligible for ANY OTHER promotions. This is EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The $100 certificate should not have any bearing on the $25.00 that they sent me for signing up for webmail. Two TOTALLY DIFFERENT situations! STAY AWAY or be BURNED as I was...NO more purchased at Jareds and I will spread the word!

Coupon Fraud....

AUTHOR: Tyg - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 15, 2015

YOU were commiting COUPON FRAUD and that IS ilegal. Companies will only allow ONE coupon per item per purchase. This is STANDARD for EVERY company. YOU are just mad because THEY would not let YOU commit coupon fraud. THAT IS NOT A RIPOFF!! WHAT YOU ARE DOING MAKES YOU A SCAMMER!!!! Your parents must be AWFULLY proud of the scammer they raised.

NO RIPOFF HERE!!! Just the USUAL consumer complaint because a customer wants to attempt to use coupons to maximize thier purchase and because the company in question WILL NOT ALLOW coupon fraud. THIS consumer has confused a coupon with that company taking it up the rump. THEY made assumptions WITHOUT checking to see if they COULD do what they wanted. And when its found out that the company in question WILL NOT allow coupon fraud, this poster gets online and defames them to make themself feel better about the crime they attempted to commit.
