Jasmine Vaughn works for Chanda Shreeve at Klips and Tipz etc. in Saint Johns, Arizona. When going in, to get my hair trimmed for the first time, I asked for a trim, about 1/4 inch off. She ended up taking 4 inches off leaving me bald.
Jasmine vaughn, refused to stop cutting, held me hostage in her chair while finishing hacking my hair off and laughing about it.
Jasmine Vaughn is cruel, untrained and unproffesional. The fact that Chanda Shreeve at Tipz and Klipz in Saint Johns, Arizona allows this women to work for her, must mean Chanda Shreeve does not care about her customers.
I have filed a report with the Arizona board of cosmetology against Jasmine Vaughn, Chanda Shreeve and Tipz and Clipz...
Beware this is bad business, if you like your hair, don't go here!!!
