Jason Lucchese of The Wildhorse Agency in Beverly Hills, CA advertised on the San Antonio, Texas Craigslist on April 12, 2013  that he had two tickets for sale to a George Strait concert to be in San Antonio, TX. on June 1,2013. The tickets were advertised at $400.00 for the pair. When I realized he was in California and I was in Texas I was very leary of purchasing the tickets. But my husband called him and he convinced my husband that he was an honest person and that George Strait's band manager had given him the tickets. Jason Lucchese runs some sort of music business...the Wildhorse Agency...so we believed we would get the tickets he said he had. My husband gave him a credit card number and we purchased the tickets for $400.00. He promised he would mail the tickets out that same day, April 12, 2013. Jason said the tickets would be sent signature required for delivery. When the tickets never came we contacted him and he said because he realized Tuesday, April 15, 2013 was tax day he had not mailed the tickets, but had mailed them on April 16, 2013. Once again when the tickets never came we contacted him again and he said the tickets had ended up at the wrong address and he was having them mailed back to him and he would immediatethe send them overnight to us by federal express. We did not receive the tickets. Being beyond frustrated we asked to just get pure money back. He told my husband he had returned the money through PayPal which of course he never did!! Sadly, I found another report on the Internet that was written on May 3, 2013 about another person that had been scammed by Jason Lucchese in the exact same way, the exact same story down to the tickets going to the wrong address. Jason Lucchese is running a ticket scam and we want our $400.00 returned, just as I am sure the other person I wrote about would like their $530.00 returned. I am sure there are others the has scammed in this exact way. I only hope they will come forward and this scammer, Jason Lucchese will be prosecuted. Please help us get our money back!!
