Jason Michael Breakey has once again rescheduled his court hearings for criminal charges, including possession of marijana and unlawful concealment of a handgun, both indicdents which occured in December of '08. The possession charges are but one of two that occured last year, his past arrest for possession occuring in Cleburne, TX in April of 2008.
The rescheduled date for Jason Breakey's trial hearing in Dallas County is scheduled for August 25th. Court hearings will be held regarding Jason Breakey's most recent arrest for possession of a handgun and marijuana.
Jason is no stranger to charges for possession of marijuana and firearms. He has been charged and found guilty of possession of handguns and marijuana in the past, including a past indictment for possession of 4-5 pounds of marijuana. Jason was arrested twice last year for possession of marijuana, despite his previous eight-year probation for possession of illegal drugs.
Jason was recently found guilty for Resisting Arrest and is out on bail pending his additional court hearings for possession of firearms and marijuana.
Jason Breakey has also been at the center of multiple civil lawsuits for fraud and deceptive trade practices, having filed bankruptcy multiple times. He has been a defandant in eighteen Civil lawsuits in the past few years.
The Breakey family is well versed in the operations of the court system. His wife, Zulma Gaunt Breakey, was recently found guilty of issuing bad checks. She was ordered to pay restitution to her victim, plus court fees.
