 I ordered an unlock code for an AT&T phone, paid $9.99 for the service on Feb 4th 2014. I got a user name and passcode to go to a site to register my phone info, I did that on Feb 5th 2014. They claim it can take up to 48 hours to get code. I waited the 48 hours and kept checking the status. After the 3rd day I sent a question E-mail to them about not receiving a code, I got no reply. I then sent numerous e-mails requesting the code or my money back as they "claim" 100% guaranteed or money back. I still never received a code or money refunded, I then went to their "live chat help" which is always offline and refers you to a E-mail form about your issue. I sent numerous e-mails to that division also. Again no replies. It's been over 10 days with no codes, any kind of answer, and no refunds. I then went to their Facebook page to see what's the deal with this service and there are many other people in this situation that have paid and received nothing but 10 dollars missing out of their accounts. This Guy Jason Nelson and WWW.unlockcellphonecode.com should have to deal with the repercussions of advertising a service and taking peoples money they obviously cannot provide the advertised service.
