Go ahead . . .

AUTHOR: Chris - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 14, 2008

Again, you'll have to list your real name and address. Moreover, the FTC has already said its legal. Go ahead and go for it.

You have no standing to make a BBB complaint Fred/Stan/Hank/Susan or whoever you are. You're not a client and never have been.

Again, the offer stands for anyone to call us in order to verify our employees.

ethics is a matter of ones own mindset and is totally subjective

"ethics is a matter of ones own mindset and is totally subjective"

Only a lawyer or a CRO could say that with a straight face. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH APEX CREDIT SERVICE.
I'm going to send a copy of all this correspondence to my states attorney general and the BBB. You are going to have a lot more than two complaints on BBB. You guys are real turds.

Oh, Now I See

AUTHOR: Holmes - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, October 13, 2008

"Debt purchasers, collectors, and credit reporting agencies unjustly and 'illegally' tank scores by reporting inaccurate date of statutes, account types, past due balances and incomplete fields. Then if you pay them, they often up the date of status.

Our perspective is that we help level the playing the field for the consumer. For a fee, yes but, not everyone has free access to this type of service.

In any event, it is legal and 'ethics' is a matter of ones own mindset and is totally subjective."

Is your argument really that if they do it, so should you?

Authorized User Lines . . .

AUTHOR: Chris - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 12, 2008

I will concede they amplify scores. Their is no hiding that fact. However, it isn't fraud insofar as Mom and Dad do this all of the time for their kids. Moreover, the FTC has said that it is legal.

In addition, there is a different perspective than just we are unjustly enhancing scores. Debt purchasers, collectors, and credit reporting agencies unjustly and "illegally" tank scores by reporting inaccurate date of statutes, account types, past due balances and incomplete fields. Then if you pay them, they often up the date of status.

Our perspective is that we help level the playing the field for the consumer. For a fee, yes but, not everyone has free access to this type of service.

How many times must it be said . . .

AUTHOR: Chris - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 12, 2008

We have no business relationship with any message board; i.e., we recieve no consideration for posting there and likewise, they receive no consideration for allowing us to post our link. We provide sound advice and their posters appreciate that. It is a mutually beneficial arrangement.

We also post on Allexperts.com. Do you think they pay us for that as well? We make our posts to help people, plain and simple.

I can't help but asking who are you and what is your agenda? Again, Attorney Barnette isn't permitted to defend himself because his posts are not allowed to go through.

I'll give straight answers. The Sock Puppets won't.

AUTHOR: Holmes - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 12, 2008

Straight answers.... OK.

I am a member of any number of message boards. I favor none.

I do not blog.

I do not sell credit repair services.

I do not sell authorized user access to my or others' credit card tradelines.

I do not advertise credit cards for a commission or click fee.

I do not work in the finance or financial services industry.

I do not prey on people down on their financial fortunes.

I do not claim that I am not advertising and then solicit shamelessly for business.

Now, time for some straight answers from the Managing Sock Puppet and all the little sock and finger puppets of the puppet family.

What are the business relationships between Jason Wade Barnett, Credit Net, InfiniteCredit All Experts, Judi (Jodi?) Unger, Daniel, Chris, and (my favorite) Employee.

What ARE the business relationships?

Post the answers on the internet for all to see, the same place where you have sought your fame and glory.

So far you've just been ducking the spotlight that you have worked so hard to attract.

People are beginning to notice.

=====================

We have no business affiliations with any message board, as you have presumed for quite some time. We pay no one - no one pays ACS. There is your straight answer.

Continue on with your petitio principii.

Time for disclosures from you Holmes. Why don't you let everyone know in no uncertain terms, who you are, and what internet message board you are a member of?

Apex should expect these kind of reports

AUTHOR: Jonc - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, October 11, 2008

Although adding credit tradelines is not illegal, everyone knows it is wrong. It is unethical. I've always wondered why Creditnet allows Apex to advertise this business under the guise of helping consumers. I don't believe all the negative posts about apex on ripoff report but I really doubt anybody feels sorry for your company. You are defrauding the banks and creditors by increasing the credit scores of people for money. You add aged credit lines that they can't use to their credit reports for a fee. I'm glad all the posts were made, wether accurate or not, if it makes one person leery of using your company. I'm also glad you have continuously cried about it on creditnet. Do you have any ideal how many people you have drawn here to read this? There has to be some monetary gain for creditnet, if not, they are as stupid as the operators of apex. You both have some serious damage control problems, apex because of the shady product you offer, and creditnet, because you allow apex to use your site to advertise and promote its product. Bad decisions. These posts will be up forever. Good luck with your lawsuit, if it exists. I hope you all sue each other to death. Everybody else will just watch and learn from your mistakes. If you want to raise your credit score by becoming an authorized user on an established account do it for free. Ask your Mom, Dad, sister, brother, etc. If you have money you want to get rid of, give it to them. At least it will stay in the family and not go to this companies attorney fees.

Oh, I see someone removed the name Fred . . .

AUTHOR: Chris - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, October 10, 2008

How nice. In any event and once more, nothing being said on credit net is a scam. And if filing a civil action is running scared Fred, then yes we are.

And, again, Mr. Barnette cannot even post here since the lawsuit was filed.

ApexCreditServices Ducks the Questions Again?

AUTHOR: Holmes - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, October 10, 2008

Which finger puppet are you, Chris? Come on, you can tell us.

A review of Apex of California's web page show that nothing has been changed, and the diatribe disappeared the day after it was posted. Why is that? As I recall you claimed that they appropriated your corporate name. But it seems that they have been in business two years longer than you. Did they pre-steal your name or is there another explanation?

Call you? No reason to.

It is ApexCreditServices, Jason Wade Barnette and his sock/finger puppets who have plastered the company name all over the internet, blatantly soliciting for the business while all the while proclaiming piety and purity.

What ARE the business relationships?

Post the answers on the internet for all to see, the same place where you have sought your fame and glory.

So far you've just been ducking the spotlight that you have worked so hard to attract.

Why don't you just call us?

AUTHOR: Chris - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, October 10, 2008

See if we can throw voices too? As has been said many times before, Mr. Barnette cannot even post here since filing his suit.

So, give us a call and we will talk to you personally.

As for the boards we post on, those are for free. And it was Apex Credit in California that we had an issue with. Seems they felt they could put our testimonials on their page. Excuse us for rectifying that.

Another Sock Puppet Response

AUTHOR: Holmes - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, October 09, 2008

How about Daniel and Chris and Employee? How about the other shills? Maybe we are not talking about sock puppets, but finger puppets. One person can take on eight personalities, and have two thumb puppets left over for rebuttals.

Telling people of their rights is fine. However, it seems that post w***e might be a more apt description of your offerings

The blatant groveling for business that you do raises the question of what money is changing hands and who is benefiting from the exchange.

You grovel for everywhere, using someone elses' venue to line your own pocket.

OR

You are paying for the privilege.

What are these business relationships? Are you just an out-of-work used car salesman?

Every time someone else with a CRO replies in your protected territory, you try your best to paint them in the absolute worst light. (I'm thinking of the little bit you posted about an Apex Credit Services out of California a while back. I noticed that that little diatribe disappeared fairly quickly.) Care to explain why? Don't like the competition on places where you've paid for privilege? Come on now, we won't think any worse of you.

Time for some disclosure, Managing Sock Puppet, time for some disclosure.

There are no scams . . .

AUTHOR: Chris - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, October 09, 2008

First, I love how you sign Susan but "Fred" pops up right above. You must be truly idiotic to keep this up in light a pending civil action.

However, how is providing information to people running a scam? People need to be made aware of their rights under the FDCPA and FCRA and we do this on many boards for free. What is wrong with telling someone their rights?

Finally, yes, we are running scared. That is indicative of our filing a civil action. In all seriousness, what do you have to gain by this?
