Jay Gauthier, Jr. and Veronica (aka Ronnie) Gauthier are the owners of Tenacity Financial Services. Tenacity Financial falls under the umbrella of WFG. Tenacity Financial and WFG are an MLM company.
Mr. Gauthier uses the services of a minor, age 16, named Lexi, for his business operations. He also instructs his agents, lately Ms. Alexandra Sanchez and Mr. Joey Dyche, to use her services. The minor in question makes recruiting calls, follows up on recruiting prospects, handles character reference calls, and discusses confidential matters over the phone.
What financial firm uses a minor to handle business operations? There is no compensation and to my knowledge Mr. Gauthier does not have the permit to "employ" the services of minors.
