Found Jay through fundingbyricky advertisement. Spoke with him over the phone, very nice answered a lot of questions and had a lot of information regarding cpn funding process. Sent an email with detail regarding process and specific instructions. I requested to pay for program via paypal, Jay agreed to up date me through every part of the 6-7week process. Jay did update me every week up until the 16-17th of August. When supposedly my last of the 7 tradelines posted. I sent Jay an email just to ask if I could add an authorized user to accts and he stopped responding turned off his phone and not responding to emails. After a week of no response and 3 days before funding was to be delivered I contacted funding by ricky to ask them about this guy they referred me to Ricky explains to me Jay is illegitimate, he not only scammed me but about 50 other people including Ricky. The story gets worse; he told one woman he was sending funding overnight she wrote a check for 12,000 to the IRS thinking she would have funding next day that has yet to come a month later.This guy should really be ashamed of himself he has no idea the horrible position he has put others and myself in. Luckily I caught everything within paypal 45-day return policy and able to file a dispute for a refund had I waited any longer that would not have been possible and he was betting on that because the 45th day was the same same day I was suppose to rcv my funding. He runs out the 45 day window so you can't get your money back.. Just wrong!
