Are there any more victims of jay kevin perry in the state of arizona. the feds picked him up, went to trial and jay has been sentenced to 4 years in the federal pen for stealing from the elderly. there is a resitution trial going on right now down at the federal buildin in down town phoenix az. this man needs to be held accountable to all of his victims, he is a sumbag to say the least.

Jay got released in 2017.  sentence did not fit the CRIMES for the many many people, mostly elderly that the 2 degenerates defrauded.  His partner Greg Moser was a real estat agent and got off scott free.  can someone explain how that happened?  one got a slap on wrist the other escaped it.  see these men and stay away both are still in arizona.  you see these creeps run fast- they are crooked theifs.
