On June 15, 2018, I purchased a new 2015 6 hp, 4 stroke outboard from this company. I was informed it was shipped the next day. Several days following that, I received an email giving an estimated delivery date of 6/31/18. On 6/26/2018, that changed to the next day, 6/27/2018. Since that time, the estimated delivery date changes each day to the next calender day at around 11:00 AM. Today is 7/17/18 and the delivery date is for 7/18/2018. Tomorrow that will change to 7/19/2018, if the pattern holds. After an initial reply, in which Jaya Outboard said they would look into this, I have had no response to multiple emails to Jaya or the shipper. I sent a request for a total refund. Having again received not respose, I have disputed the charge on my credit card company.
