JC's CARPORTS & GARAGES TOTAL RIPOFF! MISREPRESENTS INSTALLATION! IGNORES PROBLEMS Deland Florida

Total disappointment and very poor quality of work! Takes your deposit and then disappears > does not return phone calls, especially when you have issues with workmanship. Misrepresented installers as those being local calling them "my crew" only to find a truckload of illegal aliens (Mexico) from Virginia shows up at our house to do the install. Installed incorrectly (not in compliance with Florida codes). Had to struggle by ourselves WITH NO HELP FROM JC'S to get USA Steel Buildings in Virginia (aka Eagle Carports) down here to take down the old building and put up the new. Finally, new building put up, and it leaks, garage door has to be replaced, etc. WE are having to fight with USA Steel Buildings and are probably going to have to get an Attorney as we found they are not registered here to do business in Florida. Also, from what I'm hearing from USA Steel Buildings, is that they won't do business with JC's any more due to taking deposits and never ordering the buildings. Were told we were "lucky" this didn't happen to us. BEWARE OF JC'S! He comes off as all nice and caring only to again, totally disappear!!!
