Over the Thanksgiving Holiday 2009 I signed up for a 1 month trial membership with Jdate.

I checked my email in January 2010 and surprised I was still able to access my email. I called them the 3rd week of January after still having access to my email to inquire as to why my account was still active and asked them to cancel it.

I checked it again in February and and was unable to access my email and was directed to the billing/subscription page immediately so I was satisfied they had deactivated my account. I tried again just to double check and again I was immedeiatly directed to the subscription page and unable to access email.

I noticed they have been billing my bank account through April 28,2010. I called them again for a refund  and they claim they have stopped the billing of my account as of April.However, they do acknowledge my email has not been accessed since the 3rd week in January when I had poriginally called but have no record of my original call and consider it active despite my inablility to access my ijdate email and continued to bill for an active account.

They are just using y profile to atract others and I am paying for the priveledge without having any benefit. Not that I want it. I tried to cancel in Janualry. They refuse to refund my money.
