 Upon buying a 10 year old car, I was not informed that the car was in a head-on accident. I figured it out when I started the car up, and the light came on staying hood ajar, using the defrosters the radio cuts out. After repairing my fender bender we noticed rivets not to factory specs. When at the dealership I talked to the manager and she pulled the report up and told me it was in a head-on accident in New Jersey. The manager gave the insurance check to your Cnac rep and she checked the car in which was fixed. She refused to endorce the check because contractually the front bumper must be painted. What dealership dictates to the person driving the car you have to do it this way. I'm getting screwed. Your Cnac people refused me to talk to your legal dept. Now I'm writing you, and calling a lawyer.
