Jason Cooke recruits young naive people into a door to door sales scheme to sell sporting event, spa, salon, and golf course tickets. He makes you an "independent contractor" on consignment sales so that when the cops bust you for not having a vendors permit he has no liability! Also He will tell you that you can deduct business expenses...you can't because you don't fill out any tax info for this guy so he can't won't send you a 1099 or w2. Actually you sign a contract that says you can sell whatever/whenever you want but the reality is that you're forced to sell when/where he decides to send you. The hours are M-F 8-6 and Saturdays 10-4. This is just a setup so you don't have time to look for another job. If you get caught up in this just look at these guys clothes, cars...etc...They are not earning like they lead you to believe. Run from this scam!

I have worked at the JDC Group since November of 2009. In my tenure I have been promoted 3 times. It took me 12 years in my previous job to reach the level I have with JDC, that is an incredible fact. All this job takes is hard work, an ability to listen and learn from those who teach you, and a work ethic that drives you to success. In all of my time with the company not once have I been "busted" by the cops. The hours we work are based on the fact that we are a business to business marketing firm, and thats when most businesses are open. As far as my tax forms, I have recieved my 1099 both years I have worked here and never had an issue in getting them in a timely manner. I have never been promised anything more than if I work hard and do the job, which is a sales job, then I will get promoted. Everything about your career path with JDC is in black and white and posted in the office, so there is no confusion about what you have to do to earn a promotion. It is not a pyramid scheme in any way, shape, or form.
