J.D.Marvel Products ordered bras; checked cashed never recieved product; phone always busy Champlain New York

I ordered bras for a total cost of 19.00. my check cleared my bank december of 2002. I have tried repeatedly to get my product delivered. I was told out of stock will send in one week, three weeks later it was stilled back ordered, one month later it was already mailed, one month later when I tried to contact J.D. Marvel Company; they answered in french and I never knew what they said. Now all I get is a busy signal.

In My newspaper today there was a flyer identical, to the J.D. Marvel one. same bras. Company is from Champlain , New YOrk. this company is clear point direct..p.o box3508 Champlain New York, 12919. they do not give a phone number. I personally know several people that placed orders with J.D. Marvel products with the same results that I recieved. HOW DOES OUR GOVERNMENT AND THE STATE OF NEW YORK CONTINUE TO LET THESE COMPANYS DEFRAUD THE PUBLIC. i PAID SHIPPING AND HANDLING ON MY ORDER, IT SEEMS TO ME THAT WOULD BE A FEDERAL OFFENCE, BECAUSE THE POSTAL SERVICE WAS CHARGED AND PAID BY ME.
