Jean Marc Lopez A-Venture Capital has secretly received stock in those that he invests in, he actually receives Special Stock from these companies in return for sinking those companies into his clients portfolios.
He states that he is a Black Belt in Martial Arts in one company profile and a expert of thirty years. Jean Marc Lopez is hardly thirty at this point in his life and his profile goes on to read that he is a PHD on White Chocolate Productions website and further states he is a investor as well as owner of A Venture Capital.
Jean Marc Lopez also states that he is a Mining Expert on another company website in Brazil and I have to wonder how many Phd's this guy really has. I did my homework and he is not old enough to have done all he states in these bogus prospectuses he sells his clients.
Jean Marc Lopez of A Venture Capital, uses his cunning use of words to exploit trust from his investor clients, the company White Chocolate Productions, has a bio of him that is different with every company that he has something to do with and calls himself an expert in all of them.

I am the victim of false campaign from someone under the name of Mike Prisco scam me buying a Piano that I never received. Then I posted a ript off report and took legal action. From that time Mr Mike Prisco from Saratoga Piano and associates, alias... are posting false report about me and my business on internet.
Criminal investigation and legal action are pending.
Jean Marc Lopez and A-Venture Capital are fully registered with US financial regulators and have statut in good standing.
Never a claim or dispute with a client have been reported. So smart people will understand the situation and will disregard the false report about A-Venture Capital, employees and affiliates.
