Jeannette Nelson - United Liberty Rip-off Purchase of Business Bremerton Washington

I am an employee with United Liberty LLC. And was witness to the incident that that Grace the owner of Pony Express had written on RIPOFFREPORT.COM. The Pony Express was closed down at least several weeks before Jeannette spoke with her about the sale. Jeannette was not even here in Washington until she came to speak with Grace on that day December 12, 2007.

In fact we had several of the Pony Express clients come to us looking for her because the doors were in fact locked and no one was there. There was a note that said to call. People would ask us where the owner is or is the Pony Express still open. We would honestly answer we don't know for sure but you can call the phone number on the door or go to the Red Apple to make a payment or to Post Office for mail.

The only thing we did do was make up a sign for the Pony Express to post that the business would be closed do to renovations because we needed time to check out the business and clean it up. But it was already closed. We did do an inventory and checked out the debts, to decide if we could take over the Pony Express. Grace knew that she signed a written contract which she forgot to mention. That was on December 12, 2007 and it ended on December 14, 2007. That stated that the sale was contingent on what the property management said.

On December 14th Grace assaulted our employee. By hitting our employee with a phone while we were doing inventory, this is one reason why our employee had to get a restraining order against Grace. Grace could have just told her to leave if there was a problem. Grace then tried to run over myself and another employee with her car which she even admitted to the police with a twist. I never did anything to her. She knows she was wrong. She called after and said she wasn't trying to hit me just the other employee. Why would anyone want to do business with anyone who is so angry and violent? Besides we were trying to help her. We weren't the ones who owed any money or need the help.

So get your facts straight before you put anything on the internet and know what you are talking about. The truth will always come out in the end.

items or it will be thrown away which she did. Our expectations of the Pony Express
greatly failed soon after Sheila Matias employee for United Liberty at the time established that there was a severely overdue account owing for UPS and FEDEX which Grace forgot
to mentioned. Any info. mentioned above can contact the FedEx Revenue Services or
contact me, Christine regarding this matter. The accusations you made about Jeannette
and her staff is funny, knowingly there are 2 assault charges on you which there is a
record of. And were the one harassing you? Wasn't you Grace that has the restraining

deceitful amongst your friends and family. You are reluctant when confronted and yet

I knew nothing of Grace until July of 2007. She, Grace, introduce herself to me one morning as I prepare my cases to be submitted and processed. Tired and exhausted from my international business trips I was not prepare for such troubled some encounter.

Fact: Grace confronted me because of her business venture and how disorganized it was and that she knew nothing of Ernest criminal past.

Fact: Not only was I but quite a few more of my staff was present, when Grace openly admits about her embarrassing situation, beliefs, etc. All of us at the office left with lower jaw hanging. Even Grace's ex employee was shocked to hear her say all that she said.

Fact: Unmentioned individual who used to work for Grace, quit and was hired on a part time basis for Jeannette Nelson, July 2007.

After hearing Grace's ongoing dramatic saga with the community, I got up and accompanied Casuga out of my office and down the stairs.

Fact: Grace told me many of the Filipino community demeans her. Casuga admitted to me that she never finished her education therefore she has no degree but first degree and never took any courses but intercourse. Whatever that means, make your own conclusion but to me, I took that as she was and still a prostitute trying to be a business woman by running a couple Filipino businesses.

Fact: Both Grace's business venture failed and was forced to sell.

Getting back to the rebuttal, I, Jeannette Nelson, did not ask to close down her Pony Express business. In fact she had already been close about a few weeks prior to December 10th.

I, indeed, approached her on the 12 of December, 2007. I asked her why she was closing when she took over the business just over the summer. Her answer was, she put the business up for sale on Craig's List. Which drew to my attention. I then asked her, her asking price. She answered, $15,000.00. I was interested. I bargained down to $12,000.00 cash with an exception I talked to the property management first.

In Grace's statement against me, Jeannette Nelson, she writes and I quote, December was actually a busy month for my business however because of the verbal Sale agreement she ordered me to close the business and clean up the office for rennovation and inventory of the supplies included in the sale of the business, unquote.

Fact: We indeed, had an written agreement. Grace has a copy of the agreement. In the agreement, it stated the price agreed, the exception and the expiration of the agreement. It was signed by Grace herself, a witness and I.

What she failed to tell the public is the day of December 14th, 2007, the day that a few of my staff was to do inventory at her then, Pony Express business. SPECIFIC TIME AND DATE WAS AGREED by Grace and myself, Jeannette. December 14 at 9:00 AM.

Fact: Grace assaulted one of my employee. Police was called and Grace was cited. The case number; Bremerton Police, ORI: WA0180100, OCA: B07-013859. The employee she assaulted was sent to the ER for medical treatment.

Furthermore, also fact; Grace tried running over my employees while on break, with her vehicle. Police again was called, and again, Grace has another case against her. Felony of the 3rd degree, Bremerton Police, ORI WA0180100. OCA: B08-000268.

As you can see, this woman Grace is not a nice woman. She is violent and is capable of fabricating stories to make herself look innocent and victimized. Neither are true.

Grace currently has a restraining order against her.

Grace is a flat out liar! Again in her statement, she states and I quote, I have lost my income potential for December and Jeannette Nelson had destroyed my income potential for December 2007 as she had actually blocked all customers sending out mails and instead offered it to them for free under my personal account, unquote.

Fact: Pony Express was closed way before I arrived to Bremerton. December 10, 2007.

Question? How in the world can I block your customers sending out mails? I never took procession of your keys and I was hardly ever around physically.

I never used her account to send out outgoing mail. In fact it wasn't a mail parcel but actual packages. I have my own accounts with Fed Ex. I use my own cash to pay for the few customers who went in Pony Express at the time I was there. Grace was the one who apologized to her customers and said she was closing and new management was taking over. I remained silent.

The fact is, the few customers who did come in that short time that I was there ( Pony Express) was elderly and had some kind of problems getting around, so I did offer to ship their packages for them at my own expense but yes, free to the customers. I do have receipts of all of the packages I mailed and where I mailed them from and what method of payments I used. I didn't mail the packages from Pony Express but went to another outlet by Fred Meyers.

Grace you fail to understand. Your action will speak much louder than what comes out of your filthy mouth. I have proof, where's yours!
