Jeff Adams, REO Riches Program Real Estate Web Profits Upon Cancellation, No Refund Returned, Internet

I purchased Jeff Adams REO program in December 2011, with a 30 day promise of a refund if cancelled in that period. 

My wife had a serious heart attack, in late September,2011.We thought that she would be able to return to work in late December, but we were told that she would not be able to return until late February 2012. So I called their office on the 4Th of Jan 2012 and left a message on their system,and I was told by their machine, that someone would call me with in 24 hours. Like usual, no one called me back.On  the 5Th of Jan,2012 I sent an email to support@realestatewebsupport.com  and asked them to cancel my contract of purchase due to financial hardship, due to  the loss of my wife's income. They agreed to do so.

On the 9Th of January I received an email from Vanessa Caldera in the accounting department ,requesting a return of the product contents. I emailed her back requesting the proper address for shipping. Vanessa  supplied the information and I sent the package by registered mail on the same day.

On the 13Th of January I received another email from Vanessa Caldera stating that she had received my returned  package. She also informed me that she had notified her billing controller authorizing a refund, and that a refund would be issued in 7 to 10 business days.

Well it has been 23 business days and 33 calendar days and have not had any  response from the Adams organization. I have sent 5 more emails to Vanessa Caldera, pleading with her to please submit some kind of reason why this matter has not been resolved, but to no avail. I have called the organization 6 times since the 13Th, and I have not received, even one return phone call. I sent 3 letters by fax to the attenation of the accounting department directed to Vanessa Calder,asking her  and the Adams organization, not to ignore my request,  but have not had any replies  from anyone  of them. No matter what I have tried, not one person in the whole body that represents Jeff Adams has had the decentness or the professionalism to pick up the dropped ball and carry out the task at hand
