He is right.  If she is up to date with her payments they would not be trying to repo her car.  Believe me lending institutions do not like repos they would much rather have the money.

You state she is up to date with her payments and then you say you are sure there are high late fees on her bill and she needs to come up with the balance.....which is it??



They wouldn't be "trying to take her care in these economic times" if she was current in her payments.

Being by herself and needing her car to get to her job has NO bearing on whether or not they can "take her car."



It's nice of you to try to defend your friend, but if you are really concerned, help her make her payments.  :)

Without regard to what you say happened to you, you are way off base if you think the SCAM BBB is going to help you!

The BBB is NOT a part of the government, the judiciary, the police or ANY law enforcement body.  The BBB has ZERO powers to do anything.  Did you see that???  The BBB has Z-E-R-O powers to do anything.

The BBB is a snake-in-the-grass SCAM.  What the slimeball/pondscum at the BBB do is they SELL "memberships" to anybody who wants to buy one.  The slime at the BBB, including the female lot lizard slime, SELL these phoney accreditations to ANYONE!  Its just like a phoney, off-shore place which sells fake college degrees.  If you were to take your complaint to the BBB, they will go thru the motions of some big, official "investigation" and then tell you...using legal sounding official language to deceive you into thinking they are a government body...there is nothing which can be done.  The BBB slime will then take your complaint and use it as a SALES LEAD...go to the dealer and try to sell them a "membership" and a PHONEY accreditation!  If the dealership buys their crap, and many do, the dealer will continue to defraud the public while hiding behind the slimeballs at the BBB.  If you were the complainer, the BBB pondscum will tell you, "Oh, that can't be true!  They are an 'A+ accredited' member."

Without regard to what I just said, you've done well informing the public.  Understand, I am not at all defending this store.  I wanted to enlighten you regarding an often misunderstood view of the BBB.

Bottom line....the BBB is a Snake-In-The-Grasss scam which sells PHONEY ACCREDITATIONS!

Now BBB...crawl out of the toilet filled with diarehha and tell me how wrong I am!
