Jeff Green - Scammer - Jacksonville Debt Collector SCAMMERS Nationwide

I am writing this article to expose a group of debt collectors that are running a scam across the United States.

This groups goes by 3 company names: "Legal Mediations Firm", "Goldstein Associates", and "Field Credit International".

I received a call from this company within the past few days claiming that I owed a debt to a payday loan company and that they would be filing criminal lawsuits against me if I didn't pay. I immediately knew it was a scam since individuals cannot file criminal lawsuits - that is handled by the Attorney General's office. Furthermore, failing to pay back a debt is not a criminal offense even if this company claims it is fraud.

I want to start off by pointing out some gaping holes in their website. To start with, the quote on the homepage by "The National Law Journal" is not authentic. I have confirmed this with them are they are currently investigation the misuse of their name. In addition to that, they have "© 2009 by Legal Mediation Firm" at the bottom of their website to appear as if they have been around longer than they have. My suspicion that this was definitively a scam was confirmed when viewing their "Attorneys" page which is currently located here: legalmediationsfirm.com/#!attorneys/galleryPage

On the Attorneys link above, you'll see a picture of "Elliot M. Davis" which is fake. The picture being used is that of Makau Mutua (Dean of the University at Buffalo Law School): google.com/search?q=Makau+Mutua

I have notified the Jacksonville Police Department and Makau Mutua of the identify theft that has occurred here.

The legal name of this debt collection company is "Field Credit International". They call people all over the United States, but they are regsitered in Jacksonville, Floria. According to the link above, there are 4 main people running the company. If you are Human Resources agent that found this listing because the name of one of the people listed below was in the title, DO NOT HIRE THEM without reading everything mentioned in this article. They are scammers.

Shanaya Davis
John Davis
Julius Golden

It's also important to mention that "Jeff Green" is the name of the person who contacted me by phone. I do not know if that is a real person, but I believe it's one of the people listed above using a fake name.

I was able to find out detailed information about both Dwayne Baidy who appears to be the main person running the show. Dwayne registered the domain name "legalmediationsfirm.com" with the following information:

Dwayne Baidy actually lives at 837 Aries Rd W in Jacksonville, FL with the phone number 413-732-3336 - you can feel free to call him and complain about his unethical business practices. He graduated in the Class of 1988 at Springfield Central High and then attended the University of Memphis. He was born in Springfield, Massachusetts. IF YOU ARE CONTACTED BY ANY OF THE COMPANIES OR PEOPLE LISTED ABOVE, DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!

Also, don't forget to contact the Attorney General in your state as well as your local police department. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU OWE A DEBT OR NOT. This company is clearly a scam and most likely does not have the right to collect your debt. They've most likely obtained the list they are calling illegally since I know for a fact that I owe absolutely no debts.

NOTE TO THE SCAMMERS:  At some point in time, I'm sure the individuals listed above will come across this post.  When you do, I want you to realize that continusing to call people and trying to collect false debts will result in more posts like this being made by me.  I found the information above within about an hour - imagine what could be found if I got bored and spent all week researching you.
