Jeff Macalik is a MONSTER

Our son rented a house from Jeff Macalik that was located at 135 Pelican Cove Drive in Rockwall, Texas.  The owner of the home is a dominating ice queen named Dana with this little putz of a husband who does all of her dirty work for her while she appears all fat and sassy for her Rockwall friends in government.  

The entire year that we were forced to live in this HELL HOLE his precious 'rent' was paid on the 1st of the Month.  NEVER ONCE WAS HIS RENT PAID LATE. 

ALSO, HE WAS PAID 2,500.00 in deposits.

THIS MAN, and i use the term lightly, is a green blooded monster who preys on people in a veiled attempt to strike back at the women who dominate his poor, feeble, homosexual life.  One of the worst type of men in this world is the closet homosexual.  These poor, scared creatures were such p* as children that they allowed the brutal domination of their ice queen mothers and never ONCE considered telling their families that they love the poop shoot.  So, they are forced to go thru their miserable life despising all women.  After all, if mommie had not been such a beast, he would be a cool guy. 

This monster will NOT do any repairs on this horrible house.  He will come over ALL THE TIME and snoop around in the house.  He had NO plans of ever returning your deposits.  He will leave you with a 'pre-move out' list of chores to do that included cleaning out the flower beds, fireplace and painting the walls and steam cleaning carpets.  DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE.
