Jeff Madison Trans parts distributors payied shipping when I payed for transmission then they shipped it collect so Ipayed shipping again Sagnaw, Michigan

 After installing transmission I bought from Jeff Madison the transmission would not shift out of first gear. So I am now out the total cost I payed out. I contacted the sheriffs department in Saganow they did an investigation in to it. Today August 17th the sheriffs department told me that they found nothing wrong with Jeff Madisons company but I could take him to small claims court. I dont see how someone like that can sleep at night knowing that he is ripping people off. Especialy when I know that a lot of them are like myself they dont have a lot of money so they buy from him thinking that he is honest and selling a good product when in fact I believe that all he does is clean up his transmissions puts a new pan gasket on it then says that he rebuilt it. I have tried to call him several times and all I get is his ansering machine and he wont return my calls.
