I paid $7,000 to the Jeff Paul Program and accepted a $2500.00 partial refund back for them not including the E-power profits program (software package) and I also accepted extra coaching sessions (still believing this was a legitamate business venture) now I am out of $4500.00 and I have nothing to show for it. The web sites they promised are inoperable and will never be seen on the internet. I am further out $300.00 I paid for a merchant account (plus $10.00 a month fee) I never had the chance to use. Jeff Paul is still on TV ads promoting his program and stealing peoples money. BEWARE you will get nothing in return for your investment and you wil be left feeling like a naive fool. If anyone has any legal advise on how I should pursue this please contact me.

Open Challenge To Imbreeds And Degenerates.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, April 30, 2005

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

WARNING: There is no person or business marketing legitimate "wealth building" strategies to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible.

Any and all businesses, that claim otherwise are SCAMS, as it would make absolutely no sense for any business to market such information to total strangers and for such an enormous loss to themselves.

But since there are so many imbreeds and degenerates, that are adamant and determined to peddle garbage, I've decided to PROVE beyond any reasonable doubt and in the public eye, that these imbreeds and degenerates are full of $h!t and are committing brazen criminal acts.

It makes zero sense for any business to market their "wealth building" strategies to total strangers for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible.

EXAMPLE: Mike Evans (result of incest) from the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute claimed that I would be "mentored" to earnings of $10,000.00-$15,000.00 a month.

All this and much more for whatever "available credit" on my credit cards? $10,000.00-$15,000.00 a month for only $6,400.00?

HERE'S THE DEAL: Since these incestuous maggots insist on giving "moneymaking" secrets away to total strangers and for a loss to themselves, why don't they make payments due them contingent upon one profiting from the use of their program? Yeeeah!

Something like a 50/50 split. Not agreeing to such ideal terms is admittance of FRAUD, as such an ideal split would make no difference to any legitimate business.

HERE'S MY OPEN CHALLENGE TO ANY AND ALL CLAIMING TO BE MARKETING REAL ESTATE MENTORING PROGRAMS: Since these imbreeds are so adamant about sharing their "wealth ideas" with total strangers and for a loss, I've decided to sweeten the deal.

I invite any one of these incestuous beings to come forward in the public eye and purchase a single family dwelling for me in my area.

THE SIMPLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CHALLENGE ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The property must be located in my hometown (with such an abundance of these properties throughout the United States, this request would pose no problem for any legitimate business.) 2. The property and dwelling must be absolutely Free and Clear of all leins, encumberances, taxes and right of redemtion. Free and clear title in short. 3. The property must be located in a decent neighborhood, one of the following areas would be ideal, however negotiable; Aiea, Newtown, Royal Summit, Kahala, Pearl City, Kapolei, Waikiki, Kailua, Kaneohe, Diamond Head, Liliha, Moanalua Valley, Salt Lake, Moanalua Gardens, Kalama Valley, Waialae Ike, Kaimuki, Mililani Mauka, Waipio Gentry, Waikele, Royal Kunia (with such an abundance of these properties throughout the United States, this request would pose no problem for any legitimate business.) 4. The dwelling must be clean and in decent living condition (with such an abundance of these properties throughout the United States, this request would pose no problem for any legitimate business.) 5. The home should have at least 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths (with such an abundance of these properties throughout the United States, this request would pose no problem for any legitimate business.) 6. The home must have at least 4000 square feet of living area under the roof and must also possess a decent sized yard (with such an abundance of these properties throughout the United States, this request would pose no problem for any legitimate business.) 7. The property shall not exceed $10,000.00 (NOTICE: $10,000.00 is a much higher figure than the average $500.00-$1,000.00 homes featured on John Beck's fraudulent Infomercial).

Upon inspection of said property by myself, a hired Realtor and Attorney, and acceptence, I agree to pay 10x the amount in cash (not to exceed $100,000.00) and in the public eye for all to see.

My criteria is very straight forward and my willingness to pay 10x the purchase price in the public eye, to anyone interested in taking on this challenge would yeild them much more profit than the average persons "available line of credit."

I have listed twenty one different neighborhoods and have provided an excellent opportunity for any one of the many imbreeds to possibly make a $97,000.00 profit in the public eye, and finally PROVE their program worthy of marketing. The terms and conditions of the offer is well in their favor.

CAN I MAKE THE CHALLENGE ANY F%CK!NG EASIER?!?!

Any and all that fail to accept this EASY challenge are wothless scum and anything and everything they may say regarding this open challenge are just excuses commonly made by imbreeds commiting blatant FRAUD.

Until next time, take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Nothing But Imbreeds And Degenerates!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, April 30, 2005

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

WARNING: Wuss Whitney, Carlton "Sheet" for brains, Donkey Lapre, Faggy Bean Raviolli, Tom (the ugliest baboon the word has ever seen) Vu, the two defected dwarfs, PMI, Prosper, etc, etc are all scam artists.

There is no such person or business marketing legitimate "wealth building" strategies to total strangers, for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible by these degenerates.

1. These programs are UNPROVEN.

2. These businesses make UNSUBSTANTIATED earning claims.

3. The cost of these programs vary from victim to victim and usually go for whatever "available credit" one has on their credit card(s).

4. These businesses use FRAUDULENT sales pitches to lure their victims into their NON EXISTANT programs, where they are totally unable to live up to any of their FRAUDULENT claims.

5. If any of these programs were legit, why are these imbreeds compelled to market the strategies to complete strangers, at such an enormous loss to themselves?

6. Why do the employees of these FRAUDULENT businesses continue to shovel these FRAUDULENT programs, instead of participating in the programs themselves?

7. Why hasn't anyone from any of these FRAUDULENT businesses ever come forward to address, resolve, satisfy or even simply explain the many reports regarding their FRAUDULENT business and activities in the public eye?

8. Why do these FRAUDULENT businesses feel it necessary to tape record ones agreement to enroll into their FRAUDULENT program, but find it unnecessary to tape record their FRAUDULENT sales pitches?

9. Why do these FRAUDULENT businesses, that require such enormous upfront investments use such Mickey Mouse contracts, which often seem to have been drafted by kindergardeners? John Beck is an attorney? LMFAO at the imbreed.

10. These fraudulent businesses use contracts, that severely lack pertinent disclosure or information, which constitutes legally enforceable and or binding agreements. EXAMPLE: Terms and conditions of the agreement, policies and procedural information and what would happen in the event of a breech, etc, etc.

I have much more PROOF, as to why there is absolutely no such thing as legitimate businesses marketing "wealth building" information to total strangers, for less than the "earning potential" claimed possible.

Wealth building "mentoring" programs are all FRAUDULENT, as it would make no sense for any person or business to market his or her "wealth building" strategies to total strangers and for a loss to him or herslf.

Suggesting there are businesses willing to "mentor" total strangers to wealth for less than the earning potential claimed possible, is the same as suggesting there are businesses literally willing to give away money. ABSOLUTELTY NO F%CK!NG SUCH THING!

If you have been scammed by one of the many imbreed teams, contact your credit card company immediately and express your interest in disputing the charge(s) based on FRAUD and not your credit card company's disguised "quality of service".

File reports with the Department Of Consumer Protection, the Federal Trades Commission, the Department Of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and the Attorney General in your hometown and the town in which the scam is located.

Also, contact the Federal Bureau Of Investigation and express your interest in pressing criminal charges based on FRAUD, RACKETEERING, EXTORTION, INTIMIDATION, THREATENING, ROBBERY, etc, etc, on the person who PERSONALLY ripped you off.

It is necessary to file with each of these organizations individually, but you may elect to print many copies of your experience and submit them with your reports.

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

Jeff Paul & John Beck one in the same.. thieves

AUTHOR: Linda - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, April 29, 2005

I lost $4500.00 to the Mentoring of America program.
I asked for a full refund and have been denied because I signed a contract when they refunded $2500.00, that stated I agreed to no further refunds. My understanding was the initial refund was for portions of the package I never recieved. After receiving all they had to offer (unusable websites) that's when I determined they had scamed me. I was suppose to have three websites up and running and generating income. I only received two websites and they never generated a penny. Only after requesting a full refund did they e-mail me the Jeff Paul site, and it did not have an administration page! I can't believe these people are still advertising on TV... stealing peoples money. If anyone considers a class action suit please contact me. I do not have the money for a private attorney.. Jeff Paul has all my money...
