I believe firmly that anyone writing a "good review"  for this place is probably office staff as do most- because it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that if you're happy with a place you will not go online and write a review period. Most individuals write reviews about apartments because they have an issue with the way it operates - plain and simple. Usually con artists trying to do anything to get you in including lying and violating their own lease. 

We just moseconds I this place recently  - and I thought that the office women walked around like you were putting them out of their way because they're "just so busy". But my BF told me to give them the benefit of the doubt. It was not until a coworker in building 2 told me that she despises the leasing agents and that she only deals with maintenance that I saw that my first impression was correct.

It's a place that gets you to sign a lease - then does everything they desire with any excuse they can come up with. Whoever hired kelly t. needs to reevaluate her customer service skills because she has zero personality and is full of excuses as well.

We asked if we could move up our move in date. Now most normal intelligent people would know if this was a problem then you would think management wouldn't approve it. They stated maintenance said it was ready.

When we got in there it was missing sides of the counter top, cracked microwave, stains on carpet that their cleaner couldn't get out, cracked drawer, missing burner light etc. We noted that on our walk through form when we got the keys. We didn't expect anything done- I mean if the director can't do a walk thru herself and see what the maintenance guy missed - that's her problem not ours. We noted everything to cover ourselves when we do move out.

Then a few days after we move in, maintenance decides to open the door while I'm in the bathroom trying to get ready - I'm hearing him yell and banging but he gives NO time as with 1 minute he's opening the door.

So expect to have them just walk in on you as their excuse is (at least kelly tucker told my BF this) that when maintenance yells and knocks that IS your notice. So you could be in the shower, going to the bathroom and before you know it you have a rude maintenance guy in your livingroom staring at you.

Evidently kelly thinks this is normal.

Stay away. Their corporate office needs to actually check who they hire because their attitudes leave much to be desired. So for us, we've not even been there 3 weeks and we AGREE with the negative reviews that you can see here :

Save your money - they're expensive for a less than desirable apt. Go elsewhere. Most of our neighbours we have met are just waiting until their lease ends, when we asked why- they told us our HELL was just beginning and I can see how they were right. Web found out recently that the guy that had our apt broke his lease as well. Comcast told us building 5 is sinking as they built it too close to wetlands - and building 2 gets struck by lightening he said that the fire alarms constantly go off. Bugs all over your apt too. Probably because its very close to wooded areas. 

Trying to upload pics of the apartment given to us stating they had went through it and it was ready. Bunch of lies- f I could upload all pics. They should not rent out if their apts aren't ready. Or maybe kelly tucker and pals should actually look and do walk throughs too.

They have realized we are unhappy they know they can't rectify certain things they have allowed us to break lease without any fees and we only have to give a 30 instead of a 60 day notice. Thus because this site won't pull this review originally of issues - we have updated it to show they have rectified the issues by allowing us to break lease so they have actually utilized good customer relations at this point. 

If the Jefferson's wants it permanently down they will we assume have to take it up with this site's legal team as its out of our hands after this update.
