I recently filled out and sent a form in to Jefferson Capital, PO Box 105539, Atlanta, GA 30348-9920, to set me up for payments and get the "EMBLEM" mastercard. Most everyone wants to try to get their credit looking good. Little did I know that this may be a possible RIPOFF company and a SCAM. Searching the internet, I read articles about this company after the effect, on Ripoff Report: By Consumers, For Consumers, and was surprised and informed. I haven't made or sent in any payments yet; and probably will not now, since becoming informed of a possible RIPOFF from Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC and the Fresh Start Solution Program by Ripoff Report. I as a consumer, don't have money to waste nor the time. Please continually inform me and other consumers of this intent from this company and other companies to try to RIPOFF me and other consumers.
