I purchased a vehicle from Jegs Motor Auto Sales and have had to deal with nothing but stress and problems ever since. I purchased a vehicle from them in good faith, that they had a good reputation and supposedly had an honorable reputation - but they do not. They will lie, cheat and steal to make a sale. Trust them and they will rob you blind. Jegs Motor Auto Sales makes over $4 million a year and they do so by targeting low income people. They sell vehicles that will only work for a short period of time and will quickly break. They have no sense of honor or accountability for their lame products. If you purchase a vehicle from them, expect that they will NOT care to do what is right. The sales guy Spencer Truong is a shady, slimy, unprofessional dirty old man. If you are a female he will make lewd comments about his female consumers to his staff. He will pass the buck and blame mechanics for his used lemon vehicles. He will also do anything he can to save his own butt, even if it means lying.

When I bought my vehicle they tried to scam me by telling me I could pay $490.00 monthly payment for 36 months on an 11k car! Then 30 miles after buying/ driving the vehicle the engine light turned on. Spencer told me that was my problem and I already signed law binding documents...what reputable company would say that within 24 hrs of purchase! Then most recently they tried to alter a document that stated they would fix some minor problems (this was agreed upon before purchase). People who do business in this manorNEVER Prosper! STAY CLEAR FROM JEG MOTORS!!! You will be sorry!
