I'm an actress who has been in contact with Jenn for a few years now. I grew up in the East Coast but when I made the move out to LA i wanted her to do my headshots because she's worked with some actors I know. We had been back and forth, I've had to reschedule due to work related purposed and she's rescheduled a couple times as well. My uncle sent a check for 500.00 to her for my shoot. He first sent the 250 as a deposit for the shoot, and then sent the rest. We had finally set a new day to shoot after she rescheduled two earlier in the week.

We decided on a Saturday, very early in the morning because she had to go to her fiances mothers wedding by 11 in Malibu. She texted me a couple days prior to figure out a time, I said 6/7 AM, and asked if that would be okay with her. I sent the text and was up all night and didn't fall asleep hoping I would hear back from her and nothing. Headshots are a top priority for me right now, when I have workshops with casting directors I have to explain my situation and that I don't have them.

They don't want to hear that. They want you to have them with you, and if you run out they still have the address to mail them in. They are very understanding and nice about it but they want them to be able to reach you and not have to go trolling the internet for your website imdb Facebook LinkedIn etc. Both my uncle and I have tried to contact her about the refund, and we haven't gotten anything from her. I feel very ripped off.

I understand I also had to reschedule, but I earn a living as an actress and nothing else. I feel I should get my money back, because I need my headshots done. Sure you can probably get free ones, but i liked her work and she recently moved to Iowa just days after we were scheduled to have a shoot. Im very frustrated. I'm trying to stay civil and get my money back. This is money that my grandfather graciously set aside for me for things that I need in my career or schooling and I feel taken advantage of. I'm not a bad person. I just want my headshots done. That's all.

Even though the money wasn't technically my uncles and it was set aside in an account for me by my grandfather. We have come to an agreement to reschedule the shoot when she is back in Los Angeles. I'm not quite sure how to take down my report. I am not money hungry, but I don't know what my uncle has been saying but that wasn't his money, it was my grandfathers.

This client had rescheduled more than 5 times for her session with me. I charge a rescheduling fee without proper notice, which it was always the day of that this client would reschedule their shoot with me. I had never received any payment from her, only her uncle. Her uncle and I came to an agreement of me refunding half of the shoot total which has been set up. She had kept demanding me to refund her claiming the money was hers, when actually it was her uncles. He strictly told me to not refund her. She is completely money hungry and wants a refund issued to her. Well, that didn't happen. Issue has been resolved and closed. There should never have even been a report filed on this to begin with. I have several positive reviews and testimonials upon request from my amazing clients and I take extreme pride in my work.
