like many others, i have always thought that i was quiet a sensible and careful person, obviously not!! a few weeks ago, i was down on my luck and feeling down, so out of curiousity i thought that i would look into what jenna the so called astrologer had to say. big mistake!! for weeks, she bombarded me with e.mails telling me that there was going to be a big transition in my life which could change my life forever! she gave me my first reading free, which got me intriged, and as i felt vunerable at the time, i then went onto her live chat line. she said that she could not tell me anymore unless i filled in the form and paid $60. i told her that i could not afford this, as part of my problem was financial matters. she then dropped her price to $15 and asked me if this was a more affordable price. like a fool, i agreed to this although i still was not sure, as she insisted that i would miss the transition otherwise and that this would be a great shame as she really wanted to help me. i gave in. i gave my credit card details, which is something that i would never normally do. after i had given my details, i still felt curious, so i looked on the net and found absoulutly loads of other people making complaints about this woman, and how basically they had been robbed! within the hour i telephoned my bank to block my card, and they told me that nothing had been taken yet, maybe because i acted quickly. they told me that they had blocked my card andwould be issuing me with a new one. thank god, i thought. but this morning, i have recieved yet another e.mail form jenna stating that she had debited my card details! i rang my bank again, and they said nothing had been taken out, my card was blocked, but although nothing has shown up, that it still may be possible for it to be taken, and that i should check my bank statement in a couple of days, and also change my actual account number. so i am still no wiser now knowing if this money has been taken out until i get my bank statement! this woman(thats if it is a woman, and not a few people who together scam this) need to be stopped, and stopped now. they are praying on the vunerable, and stealing money from people all over the world. there is no telephone number in connection to her, and my complaints have been ignored.but that is obvious now as this is a big scam, so it is a pure waste of time trying. i cant belive i have been so stupied. this scam is sick, and has to be stopped, as i now wont be laughing all the way to the bank, as she will! its not so much the money, even though i was in a position where i could not afford even that small amount, its the princiable. i feel so angrythere has to be thousands of other complaints around the world about this, why has nothing been done about this, so she can get her just rewards and the page took off the net? lets all stick together and get some justice out of this please.

Claire, if you cared about helping people and getting to the bottom of the matter then why would you give out a false email address? I tried emailing your address and it doesn't work--imagine that! Also, why doesn't Jenna's emails I had previously don't work either now?

Look at all the complaints against Jenna. I was also ripped off by this woman and I'm so glad I found this site.

Can anyone say Dateline tip?

At least, you blocked your card! This woman is a horrid waste of human space! I even told her I could not afford $60 as I was recently unemployed but I shelled out $60 of my hard earned money (I was in the same boat--having financial issues, was out of sorts with my career path, etc) and she said the SAME EXACT THING TO ME--that I was going into this big transition. After I thought about it more and more (and realized NONE of the stuff she told me even came true or was even close to what was happening in my life), I realized I was ripped off but it was too late UNTIL I stumbled upon this great site! :)

I'm a freelance writer and a journalist and I have no qualms writing a tell-all investigative story about this woman and what she's done to all of us and how innocent people who looked to her for help were completely and totally ripped off. I feel so incredibly stupid as I never look to the Internet for psychic or astrological help and the one time I did I was taken for $60--I felt so stupid and cannot believe as a writer that I didn't do my research first (until after the fact).

I want to shut this woman down and I'm ready to tell and write my story--to whomever wants to listen and we all have proof against this woman too! She can't get away with it!

Jenna has never robbed one person and her phone number is listed on the confirmation page unlike your accusation. The only people who don't get the promised reading are those whose credit card has been refused for payment or their reading was directed to their bulk mail by their email delivery system.
