Jenna Goodwin of Baxter, Iowa was an admin and main host for a Facebook Co-op 'savings & deals' group called Family Deals. This group was used to buy items in bulk so that we could all get special deals on items that were expensive if you bought local individually. This turned in to a daily stress and headache, which in turn cost us all a lot of money, time and frustration.

When we ordered, we knew to expect at least a month delay in between payment to Jenna and the time of shipment to us. 15 days would pass with no update. 30 days passed. 60 days passed. 90 days passed, until the co-op members would start posting new threads and tagging Jenna on Facebook. Her replies started out hateful, turned in to hate and hostility towards the members asking legitimate questions, then ended in silence. Her reply to other co-op hosts were vulgar and accusing the membbers of being 'do****bags' and 'a**holes' for for even considering inquiring. 

Numerous members filed claims with PayPal and while some were refunded, there were several that were not able to because it exceeded the 45 day time limit for filing claims. Jenna Goodwin is well known for theft, fraud, filing false reports on local and online people and many more things.
