We hired Jennifer Coburn (JCMH Marketing) to make calls and generate leads and appointments for our business. She spent the first month of our contract making excuses for why she hadn't done the work - no power, she was sick, Internet wasn't working properly, etc. After that, she completely disappeared.

When I finally got in touch with her a couple of months later indicating that we would like a refund, she told me "I don't work for free." I don't ever expect anyone to work for free, but as far as I know she hadn't completed any actual work. We were never provided with hours she had worked and never had one appointment set or lead generated by Jennifer Coburn.

She finally agreed to refund half our money if I could wait until the end of the month. I told her I would prefer to be paid immediately and that I would like tracking information when the money was sent. I never heard from her again, despite repeated attempts to collect a refund. 

I am in the process of filing complaints with my credit card company and Google checkout, but may not have much success as it has been over 90 days since the initial contract.

I would caution others to use a reputable company and avoid Jennifer Coburn (JCMH Marketing) at all costs. If you are unfortunate enough to already have been scammed by Ms. Coburn, I would recommend that you pursue a refund through Google checkout or your credit card company within 90 days so you aren't stuck like we seem to be.
