Jennifer Gaudo is a dishonest "real estate agent" for 2 reasons:

1) Shestole her client cashing commission she never worked for pretending she did.

2) She lied and didn't share commission with me after giving her free business.

Here's the quick story:

I had put my appartment in West Mount/ NDG for rent onCraigslist.com to sublease it since I had to move for business.

I few people came and visit and 2 couples were interested in moving in asap one of them being friends of friends. It would have been natural for me to help them out even though i dind't know them.

Next thing I know, Jennifer comes in one night to visit all loud and blingbling. I thought it was weird that an agent would come and visit the appartment with potential tenants since I had posted an add on several websites anyway.

After the visit she comes to me and says, "They are very interested, if you want to sublease to them, we will share the commission that the andlord will give me" because apperently, she does business with that poor guy. So I said yes since the commission was $1250 I would have made a fast andeasy $625.

Long story short, she got her commission from the building owner on Bonavista street since she lied to him saying she had found a new tenant.

After many weeks and dozens of phone conversationswith excuses each time, she pretended she sent me a cheque and started acting all annoyed that I was asking for what we had agreed on.

To cut it short, I asked her to send me a proof of payment to my name so we could stop running in circles. She obvioulsy never sent me anything.

I doubt I'm the only one that had the experience. Especially with an "agent" who find her leads online on Craigslist!

Do not trust her.
