Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I recently met Jennifer Judice at a Keller Williams event and she told me about her company, Money Solutions. She assured me she could handle a loan deal that was on the table. I provided her with all the information she requested and ended up in a bad situation: Truth In Lending violation case. She apparently altered some documents and there are going to be serious consequences.
Keller Williams should do a more extensive background check prior to accepting new agents to represent their firm.

I have resided in the Tampa Bay area for most of my life. Many of us know Jennifer Judice and have first-hand experience and knowledge of her character flaws. Although many of us 'pretend' to be her friend and 'attempt to get along', it is more of an act of kindness towards her family than anything else. The issue is, you cannot kindly tell Jennifer that you prefer to keep your distance. I am not talking about social distancing. I mean STAY CLEAR AND AWAY!
She is an opportunist in the form of a psychopath. Aside from being dishonest, disloyal, and irresponsible, she is treacherous & devious! She is always asking for business help with her shady deals in her "so called company" Money Solutions LLC. She puts on a good show wherever she is. That is her specialty, faking it all the time.
Jennifer Judice is definitely the most pretentious person we have ever met. I am speaking collectively of people who are tired of her. She depletes your energy when you are around her. When you first meet her, you feel she is being very kind and interested to get to know you. What she is doing is evaluating 'what you can do for her'! It does not take long for anyone to figure her out. Her energy is exhausting. Careful if you go to any public place with her as you will soon find yourself feeling stuck in more ways than one! Not only will you feel your energy being depleted but she conveniently 'forgets her wallet', or has (oops) run out of cash and you will foot the bill. All you can think about is escaping so you happily pay and EXIT! The more she drinks, the more obnoxious she becomes.
Hope she stays in Miami where she brags how she pushes her way in certain events and pushes even harder to get an image with 'anyone who knows anyone'!!! A total FAKE. She lives rent free in a 600sq foot dive in Miami that her stepmother owns. (((REDACTED))). MIAMI BEACH, FL (((REDACTED)))
Yet, goes out and pretends to be a bigshot.
